Cannot read the screen due to improperly seated video adapter card.
Cause:
The video adapter card is not properly seated into the expansion slot.
Solution:
Observe ESD considerations, and re-seat the video adapter card.
CAUTION: Please observe steps to reduce the potential component damage from electrostatic discharge when reseating the video card.
1) Disconnect the monitor cable from the video.
2) Remove the screw that attaches the video card to the case.
3) With both hands, gently lift the video card from the expansion slot.
4) Carefully align the card edge connector with the expansion slot and press down firmly.

NOTE: Make sure the card is sitting level in the expansion slot.
5) Replace the screw attaching the video card to the case.
6) Replace the computer cover and reconnect the power cable.
7) Connect the monitor to video card and turn on the power to the monitor and computer.
